An eighth-floor apartment overlooking the pool area and close to the beach and promenade with splendid views to the sea, the Penon Rock and surrounding mountains. The 75m2 accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed, en-suite toilet/shower, one with twin beds), separate bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, bidet, hair drier, etc.), large lounge/dining room with two sofas (1 extensible), fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave fridge/freezer), 26m2 terrace, enclosed garage. High-speed Internet ADSL(wired & wireless), washing machine, TV (SAT & Cable TV), HI-FI, video, DVD, etc. also provided. Air conditioned and heating is available in all bedrooms and in the living room. A welcome pack with water, wine, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread is also provided. Towels and bed linen are replaced every week. Baby cot and children bed protection are available for free upon request (however we do NOT provide bed linen for the baby cot).

Building / Resort / Community details

A very large and attractive recreation area complete with 3 large pools, showers, etc are available for the exclusive use of the residents. A receptionist mans the ground floor entrance. Calpe is on the very popular Costa Blanca, 17km north of Benidorm but is much quieter than Benidorm. It's shallow, sandy beaches (blue flag) are safe and the calm, warm waters are great for children. Calpe itself has a very good range of excellent shops and supermarkets. Every Saturday it has a street market which winds up through the streets of the old town. The old town itself has many very good bars and restaurants which cater for a wide range of tastes from gourmet to fast foods and take-aways and all at very reasonable prices. Just over the road is the promenade which runs all the way to the marina and port area and on into the centre of Calpe town itself. The promenade, which is a pedestrian area, also has many good quality bars and restaurants opened all year round.

The Penon de Ifach mountain is located at 800m and you can have breath taking views from it's top.

Local transportation

The apartment is just across the street from the bus station where you can take the Alicante airport shuttle or the bus which brings you to the city center and train station. There is also a touristic train which bring you to the city center.
