Our apartment Lifestyle is a spacious and quiet apartment. You live in a typical old Viennese house in the first floor. The high ceilings give the apartment, located in a building dating from the 18th Century, a very special ambience. But even though the house you live in is more than 200 years old, the apartment Lifestyle is renovated and modernly equippped.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall, two separated bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with a big dining table. There is also a bathroom and a toilet, which are separately accessible.
The smaller of the two bedrooms has a double bed (mattress 160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The master bedroom has two double beds (bedding surfaces 140 x 200 cm and 160x 200 cm), a small sofa and a spacious wardrobe.
In addition, there are two pull-out sofas in the living room, that can be transformed into two additional beds (bedding surfaces 140 x 200 cm and 130 x 200 cm) if necessary. There is also an armchair, which can be converted into a single bed. In the living room there is also a flat TV and a WLan Internet station.
The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and cookware and dishes. There is also a large wooden dining table with eight chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washstand and a washing machine. The toilet is in a separated room.
The apartment Lifestyle is comfortable for up to six guests. However, if all the additional beds are used, the apartment sleeps up to eight persons. It is also possible to make six separate beds for our guests.

The Apartment Lifestyle is located in Vienna's fourth district Wieden, one of Vienna's inner districts. It is in a renovated house at the corner of Wienzeile and Schleifmühlgasse. Since most of the windows face the courtyard and no Window faces the Wienzeile, the apartment is very quiet, even though it is very centrally located. The most known market in Vienna, the Naschmarkt is just on the other side of the street. There you find many shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. Also in the adjoining "Freihausviertel" you will find many nice restaurants.
The first District, the historic center of Vienna, with attractions such as Charles Church, the State Opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Rathaus, etc. can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes from the apartment Lifestyle. The Ringstrasse, a road that encircles the historical center of Vienna, is also only a short walk away.
The connection to the public transport network is excellent. The subway hub "Karlsplatz" can be reached by foot in only five minutes. The subway lines U1, U2 and U4 take you in every direction from there. In addition, many tram lines and city bus lines have a stop at Karlsplatz. The very central location of our apartment Lifestyle is therefore perfect to explore Vienna, because you can reach almost every spot in Vienna by public transport lines in around 30 minutes. If you have enough of the historic center, how about a visit to Schönbrunn castle? It is only about 15 minutes away if you take the subway line U4.

Just cross the street and you are on Naschmarkt, Viennas best known market. St Stephans Cathedral is just 15 min away and the Shopping street Kärntner Straße you can reach from the apartment address in about 5 min walking distance. Also famous Ring Street, where State Opera House, Rathaus, Burgtheater or National Museum of Art are located is also only about five minutes welking distance away from your apartment.
Although it is so central it is also very quiet. You'll love it.

VIE Vienna International Airport is about 20 km from the apartment address. You can come to the apartment by public transport or taxi very easy in about 20 - 30 min.
Location
You live in our Apartment Lifestyle very centrally, most tourist sites are just some minutes walking distance away and there is also very good access to public transport.
